One day, when I first started making this, I ate so much that I got sick threw up everywhere. Don't let this happen to you!...
Needed:
4 frozen and peeled bananas (put them in air-filled freezer bags when freezing)
Soya milk - around 400 ml (amount depending on the size of the bananas)
6 dates
A handful of roughly crushed pecan nuts
Combine all the ingredients except for the pecan nuts in a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy...
Fold in the pecan bits and EAT yourself stupid :-)
