My kids love this (but they hate raisins so I avoid adding them)...
Needed:
2 sliced bananas
A small handful of sunflower seeds, raw
250 ml Pomegranate juice
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
A small handful of rolled oats (the kind your mama used to eat for breakfast)...
A small handful of raisins (if you like)
A small handful of chopped walnuts
What to do next:
Mix all the ingredients in a breakfast bowl. You can either eat it cold or heat it in the microwave. Either way it tastes great!
